So I was planning on doing *things* today – but looking at the list of to do’s is just bringin’ me down. I always feel so tired lately.
I would probably feel better if I got up and actually did the things I set out to do, or just bothered to sleep less and exercise more – but it all just feels like too much effort lately.
You’ve just described my weekend so far (though with less regret about the whole not exercising thing). It seems that Saturday is spent in a bit of a laze/daze, Sunday I start getting things done and then Sunday evening I spend fretting about having to go back to work on Monday.
and i forgot to send out more mail about the fitness bunnies, too..
