I feel all twitchy. Can’t sit still. I’m also not really eating – every time I try, I feel nauseous.
I just want to feel calm. Embrace the Zen. It’s not happening for me.
And it’s been 2 days.

I think it’s a combination of a few things:
1. Work is stressful this week (slightly more so than usual)
2. I skipped yoga on Wednesday (that shit really works, yo)
3. I’m about 2 weeks away from being due for my quarterly birth control, which always makes me a bit loopy.
Um… You sound like me before I quit all that ephedra intake. π
