It’s discouraging to look out the window and notice that the sky is nearly identical in colour to the ceiling tiles.
I am 2.2lbs smaller than I was this time last week. I plan to counter that with a combination of girls’ night tonight, and turkey on Sunday.
The turkey plan may fail, since I’m the one making it. As long as I don’t botch the stuffing, I’ll be happy.
Fewer things make me happier in the morning than a mug full of hot coffee.
I secretly love getting up before the sun – though the language I spew at my alarm clock when it goes off at that hour might suggest otherwise.
I have something on my elbow. It’s either a (strange) elbow zit, or I was bitten by something in the middle of the night. I’m hoping it’s the former, as the latter creeps me right the hell out.
When I create data at work, I have to give it labels. Whenever I choose the “Yellow” label, I say to myself “Are ya Yella’?” a la the Duke. Then I giggle. I probably do this 20 times a day, and giggle. Every. Single. Time.
I am sooooooooooooo proud of you!!!!!!
Hah, we did the same thing at mine – THIRTY SIX POINTS!
Of course, I put a LOT of stuffing on there, but did decide I could save 6 points by just scraping the pumpkin pie filling out of the crust and eating that.
FYI – We worked out the points values of a “typical” Thanksgiving dinner at our WW meeting this week. VERY scary! Mine came out to 22 points – FOR ONE MEAL. With 1 slice turkey, 1/2 cup stuffing, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup winter squash, 1 slice pumpkin pie (without whipped cream)…I think that was it, there may have been some other small things in there.
I have one question…WHO THE HELL EATS ONLY 1/2 CUP OF STUFFING???? *LOL*
it’s the little things that keep us from going crazy. đŸ™‚
of course, it’s also the little things (hopefully, other little things) that drive us crazy to begin with.
I can always tell when I get a bite vs a zit. Because the only damn things that ever bite me are spiders, and I’m allergic to spider bites.
No wonder I’m aracnaphobic. Gah, I get the heebie jeebies just thinking about it. *shudder*
