You know a garlic and onion dip is *good* when you can still taste a bit of garlic breath 24 hours and four vigorous tooth brushings later.

That is the catch-22 with garlic. I like to eat it, but the after-taste (never mind lingering scent) is enough to make me insane. But I like to eat it! Argh.
